- Physical induction required and must follow a gym program

Freeze
- Members can downgrade to £5 per month for periods of non-use (except when in the six month commitment period). Written confirmation prior to the 18th of the month preceding the intended downgrade is required.

Membership Details
Membership fees are paid on the 1st of each month by Direct Debit.
Membership can be altered on a monthly basis providing notification is given in writing before the 15th of the preceding month.
Members are in full control of their membership. Memberships are cancelled ONLY by the member cancelling their Direct Debit with their bank, although we do ask that Le Sport is informed in writing also.
Members who join on our six month commitment offer only pay the remainder of the month from which they join and membership fees going forward and do not have to pay a joining fee when signing up – please see our JOINING FEES section for more info.

Personal Trainers can train their clients at Le Sport. They need to be a GOLD member and provide a copy of their PT qualification and Public Liability Insurance. We offer different tariffs depending on usage. Please contact emily@lesporthealthandfitness.co.uk for more info.
Joining Fees
All memberships – £40 joining/induction fee
For a joint application for a husband and wife/partners at the same address – £40 joining/induction fee. Proof of ID/address will be required for anyone wanting to take up this option.
For members who join on our six month commitment offer, there is no joining fee. If members have joined on this offer and wish to cancel before their six month commitment date (which will be clearly stated and confirmed on their membership form) they can do this only by paying the joining fee. During this six month commitment period, members must stay within an active membership and cannot downgrade to FREEZE during periods of non use.
INDUCTIONS
An induction of any kind is compulsory for all new members.
We offer an instructor led induction for inexperienced users or a 10 minute video for those more comfortable with gym facilities.

Charge for resetting up a Direct Debit that has been rejected or cancelled – £5
Additional Information
Membership is continuous and expires ONLY on cancellation of the Direct Debit by the member with their bank.
Monthly payment options incorporate a charge for instalment credit.
Annual payment of membership will receive a reduction – ask for further details.
No refunds for periods of non-use.
Membership cannot be deferred nor transferred to another person.
Le Sport reserves the right not to open on Bank Holidays.
Le Sport reserves the right to close for necessary works for up to a maximum of 7 days in any calendar year – members will receive at least 14 days notice. Refunds will not be given for these essential periods of closure.
In the event of a Government enforced closure for periods of longer than 1 month, memberships will be automatically set at £5 unless we are informed otherwise by the member.
