A variety of classes are held. Current timetable is available from reception.

Body Conditioning Circuit
Suits all levels of fitness. Station-style circuit to give all over body conditioning.

Tone Zone
Suits all fitness levels. Toning class incorporating pilates style exercises. Excellent all over body conditioning.

Pilates
Suits all fitness levels. Pilates exercises to strengthen core stability and posture. Excellent all over body conditioning.

Squash Stretching
Aimed at getting flexibility back into a squash players routine. £2 surcharge.

Extreme Circuit
Not suitable for beginners. Incorporates a lot of squash-style court sprints and shuttle runs. Fantastic work out, but not for the faint hearted. Must be booked in advance.

Junior Circuit
Suitable for all standards. Junior version of Extreme circuit. Excellent workout of children.

Junior Supervised Gym
Cardio workout for 10 -15year olds. A maximum of 3 juniors with 1 instructor for a 45minute gym session. Excellent session for all fitness levels and helps introduce children to the gym. Must be booked in advance.
